Kerry Kitione is a Youth Worker Mentor who has promoted "learning by doing" activities in Hawkes Bay Schools. She has taught Te Reo, Kapa Haka and organises Treaty of Waitangi workshops in Napier. She has co-authored a book with Roger on Transformative Values in Schools.

Rhose Shand, Advisory Trustee has experience working with high potential youth, alternative learning pathways, literacy and numeracy, a "Caring for Carers" program in Christchurch and tutored in relationship services at the Hawkes Bay Prison.

Roger McNeill, supports young people in developing their strengths and talents, caringly listens to their stories and helps them create better possible future selves. He has graduated with honours in community sociology, ethnopsychology and completed post-graduate studies in human resource management and social anthropology. He has co-authored a book with Kerry on Transformative Values in Schools.
